EFT is a form of energy psychology therapy where you can release emotional tension, neutralizing negative emotional energy through tapping acupuncture points on your face, hands and upper body. The theory is that the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system.
EFT bridges the gap between the emotional and the rational mind and can be self applied.
Each session is tailored to your individual needs, but in general you can expect the following:

EFT will go as deep as you wish to go. For some issues one session may be sufficient, other deeper rooted issues can take longer.

How long do the results last?
