Usui Traditional Reiki

Reiki is a safe and natural treatment.

Allow 1 hour for your appointment the hands-on healing last approximately 45 minutes

You lie down on a therapy couch and relax, wrapped in a cosy blanket enhancing your comfort where you will feel safe and warm. You remain fully clothed throughout the treatment; clients report having a profoundly relaxing experience as they listen to high vibrational music.
If you are unable to lie down the treatment can be given in a sitting position, the main thing is for you to be as comfortable as possible.
The reiki energy channels through me and my hands transmitting healing life-force energy into you, facilitating your body's own natural healing ability.
The healing is holistic and aims to bring you into balance again as it works on all levels of being, body, mind and soul.

The healing energy is transmitted, either in the form of a light touch, or with my hands a short distance from your body in your auric field.
Each person's experience is unique, often clients will drift into sleep as it can be deeply relaxing. Reiki healing energy will always go exactly where it is needed.
Reiki healing can be used alone or complementary with any other healing be it orthodox or alternative.
Following the treatment most people feel very relaxed and peaceful, although Reiki can also stir up emotions as part of the healing process. It's recommended that you drink plenty of pure water after your treatment.
