Hello, I'm Louise I'm a recently retired nurse and holistic well-being practitioner based in Thetford, Norfolk, and I work with people who want a more natural, positive and proactive approach to their health and well-being. My work is centred around helping you feel calmer, clearer and more balanced, while supporting your own ability to heal and grow. With over 40 years of nursing experience, I bring together care, intuition and a range of gentle holistic therapies to create a supportive space for real change.
I offer a variety of therapies and trainings, including EFT/Matrix Reimprinting, Angelic Reiki, Reiki Drumming, The Balance Procedure, Quantum Touch Healing, Meditation, Axiatonal Alignment, traditional Usui Reiki, and Personal Soul Guidance Life-Coaching. I also run in-person workshops, practitioner training, including Pendulum Dowsing, Colour Mirrors readings, all designed to help you reconnect with yourself, release stress and step into your full potential. My aim is always to make the experience feel personal, empowering and uplifting.
My Journey
My journey into holistic therapies began in 1994, when I first started exploring different therapies and ways of supporting health and well-being. What began as a personal interest soon grew into a deep passion and lifelong journey of learning, discovery, and spiritual development. In 2002, I travelled to India, an experience that had a profound influence on my spiritual path and opened the door to a deeper connection with myself and the energies around us. There I continued my Reiki journey and qualified as a Reiki Master & Grand Master. Over the years I have continued to learn, train and explore many different holistic and spiritual practices, always guided by my intuition and a genuine desire to understand how we can support ourselves on every level - physically, emotionally, energetically and spiritually. Alongside many years of nursing, these experiences have shaped the way I work today. Bringing together my professional knowledge, extensive training, life experience and intuitive approach to create a space that is warm, caring and completely personal to you.
I believe that we all have an inner wisdom and the potential to create positive change in our lives. Sometimes we just need someone to help us reconnect with that part of ourselves. The journey began in 1994 and continues to evolve, and I feel incredibly grateful to be able to share what I learned with others.
